REFUND/RETURN POLICY
We do not accept returns, (once the order is shipped), or issue refunds. All sales are final.
LOST PACKAGES
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. The customer takes full responsibility when purchasing. Please contact USPS, or your local carrier to locate your package, and or file a lost package report.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
We are NOT responsible for incorrect addresses. Address changes can be made if the order has not yet been shipped. If an item fails to deliver due to an incorrect address the buyer will have to pay the fees for the item to be reshipped.
CHARGEDBACK THRU PAYPAL OR CARD COMPANY!
Please do not chargeback or ask for refund thru PayPal or your card company as that makes it harder to offer refund on our end if you receive damaged/melted product. Directly Contact Us and we will get everything sorted out for you!
